Leo and Abby were just fantastic when helping me purchase a used EV. They were extremely transparent in the whole process and made car buying smooth and stress free. Leo even went the extra mile to help get me the best finance deal which helped lower my monthly payments. Could not recommend enough!

The testing and purchasing process was simple and straightforward, and I drove home in my new (used) car a happy customer.
However, I bought the car with the promise from the dealership that it hadn't been in any accidents, but it had in fact been in one. I had to get the front wiring harness replaced, and the warranty wouldn't have covered any of the cost, so I've had to pay around a couple thousand dollars more than I would've if the car hadn't been in an accident.
I'm in contact with Family Auto about the issue, and I'll update this review if I get a favorable update, but I would definitely recommend having a mechanic inspect your vehicle before purchase, since it doesn't appear that Family Auto does an adequate inspection before listing a vehicle for sale.

I bought my first Tesla with Family auto, they answered all my questions and even detailed the Tesla while I was buying! experience was good. They were straight forward with no type of hassle. They helped me also get approved and everything. Great friendly experience definitely recommend ?

Best car buying experience EVER! They are friendly, low pressure and very knowledgeable about the cars on their lot.
We went in for a test drive and drove it home! I love my eGolf and would recommend everyone looking for a electric car (or gas) to call Family Auto Sales and ask for Leo!

I have heavily contemplated leaving this review.
I wanted to support local business but I wish I never came here. I bought a car from them back in July and I should have known when the car had no oil in it ON THE LOT, the red flags. The car they sold me has been nothing but check engine lights after suspension issue, after check engine lights. The girl at the reception desk was the rudest person. I had so many issue with even getting them to mail me the plates, like they said they would then later refused. They never did and I ended up moving on without family auto in the hopes to just leave it all behind me. I see their replies to other people who leave reviews but the consistency of the feedback regarding their vehicles and their unprofessional conduct shows that no change will accure.
I sure wish my experience was better. I wish the girl at the front desk wasn't so unbelievably rude. I wish the management replied to calls with an attitude of resolve instead of aggression and I wish this business was trust worthy and worked hard to make it a positive expierence for everyone.
I would encourage anyone reading this to not purchase from them.

I have been to many dealers in my life, and many of them were good, but what sets this place apart from others is in the name, Family. I feel like they treat me like family. I was behind on payments, and they helped me get back on track when they could have easily repod the car. Abby has been amazing to work with. I would highly recommend shopping for your next car here.

“Terrible experience with broken promises and poor service”

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The owner, Leo(I believe that’s his name), did not keep his word on multiple promises he made during the transaction. He initially promised me a Level 2 charger but did not provide it, added gap insurance even after I specifically declined it, and assured me a $500 discount that never showed up – instead, I was charged the full price.

When I tried to reach out to discuss these issues, I couldn’t get a response. I made multiple calls and sent texts but received no reply. They also promised to fix an issue with the car, but again, I got no follow-up or help. Fortunately, I recorded the entire transaction, which I may need as I consider further action.

My advice to anyone considering doing business here: review the contract carefully, consult someone if you have questions, and don’t leave without a hard copy. Don’t rely on them to email you later because, based on my experience, you might not get what you were promised. Hopefully, karma catches up to them soon.

I’m not one who leaves reviews too often, but my experience at family auto sales was to special not to. I’ve been trying to buy a new car for a few days and went to 2 places before and I wanted to give up, but then I found Abby at family auto sales who made my experience amazing she had us in and out of there in under a couple hours with a brand new baby that was so great. Leo the manager was very helpful as well we have 6 boys two already driving and two more driving soon. Needless to say there earned some extra business from us today! Thank you so much!
