Never had a problem with them before until my teen driver got his permit. They added my son to our policy after we told them he was not driving Any of our cars and plus he did not even have a drivers license. I talk to many different people in the Allstate corporation and everything will seem to be fine when trying to find out why he was added to the policy after explaining that he is not driving Bonnie smart and her team could not give me an answer and I’m still waiting for Answers. Be careful with these people they’re typical insurance sales people and you will not get what you pay for
