This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming attitude. They showed me a bunch of cars in my budget and let me test drive them. The car buying process was easy as pie. Chad handled everything. Amazing and professional. Made sure they had it ready for me to pick up and gave the car an oil change during the paperwork and told me if I had any issues whatsoever to give him a call and he would get it handled. 10/10!

Editing this to add that I just paid off my avenger through us1 this year. I decided I was ready to get something else. I wanted to get a brand new car this time or so I thought. I went to the Honda cars of aikenn dealership and the customer service there was terrible. They wasted 3 hours of my time and then tried to put me in a 2016 used rav 4 with 88k miles for $22.5k. I left and came straight to us 1 to see what Chad might have in stock. To my absolute joy he had a 2018 chevy malibu with 38k miles on it. In perfect condition. I was able to purchase the var within a week. I will always try to give my business to us 1. The customer service is a1 and Chad didn't even get annoyed with me when I called him 15 times the day before I purchased. ? he gave me some helpful pointers about the warranty the bank would provide and made sure I wasn't going to get screwed over. So I've officially purchased 2 cars here now. And I ONLY trust the mechanics at Hager's to work on my vehicles. I won't go anywhere else unless I have absolutely no choice. I wish I could give 10 or 15 stars out of 5 I recommend us 1 and hager's to everyone. My sister has also purchased a vehicle here several years ago and it's still running strong and smooth.

I went here looking for a new car because mine was on its last leg. Chad Hager showed many different cars and didn’t get frustrated not one time about how indecisive I was on which one I wanted! It came down between a black Kia Soul and a White Kia Soul, Chad was very honest with me about how I would just be paying for the extra things on the black on and that the white Kia Soul had less miles on it. He helped me through all the paperwork and explained everything to me as per it was my first time buying a car! He got my payments to and amazing price! I am very happy with the experience I had with Chad at US 1 Auto Sales! I left the lot with a new car that I absolutely love and very satisfied in customer service! I will definitely going back for my next car and recommend everyone to speak with Chad about a new car/truck!

The guys at US 1 are always polite and help you any way they can. Even the guys detailing the cars are giving good customer service as you walk up. If something is wrong on the test drive, but you still want the car, they do what they can to make it right and get you in it. Prices and payments are very reasonable for a buy here pay here, and they had the lowest mileage vehicles in town. If you are in the area, don't shop at another buy here pay here. This is the best you're gonna get!

I went at got an estimate on repair work from another shop but Chad and Daniel were able to do the work much cheaper and faster!!! I will definitely buy here and have my vehicle repaired by Hager's I the future. Awesome repair work and customer service!!!
