I recently purchased a 2021 GLS450, and my experience has been quite disappointing. The vehicle was delivered to my home, but to my surprise, it came with only one key. This raises concerns about the overall state of the vehicle and whether it was truly ready for sale.

On the third day after receiving the SUV, I noticed a flat tire located in the same area, this is a vehicle I have never drive for just a moment. This was particularly frustrating, as I expected to enjoy a reliable vehicle. Despite my attempts to address the issue by calling and sending multiple messages to the dealership, "only to respond with they are trying to get the key from there other dealership" I have yet to see any effort made to resolve the problem. While the vehicle still sitting on the same spot where they parked it.

Given this experience, I am seriously considering returning the vehicle altogether. I would strongly advise anyone looking to make a significant vehicle purchase to visit a reputable dealership instead of taking a chance on a situation like mine.

Stay away from this dishonest dealership. They advertise vehicles 4-6 thousand dollar under value but upon arriving claim that was a mistake after talking to the salesperson on the phone questioning if the price listed is actually correct. We drove 3 hours And a lot of traffic, those people have no respect at all. They are doing false advertising, be careful with them, don't fall into their trap, look at the photos, they put $13,400 and when you get there they tell you $20,000, that's very shameless and without feelings!!! to the dealership only to be told they made a mistake. At the time we spoke to the dealership, Melissa Casilla to question her on the price and she verified price and stated car is available. The advertised price was $13411 for a 2018 Honda Accord and was told by the salesman at the dealership the car is actually $20k. The people at the adjacent table said the same thing happened to them with the vehicle they were looking at was listed $4,000 less but was told that was a mistake. Again stay away from this dishonest dealership.

Excellent Experience with Ismael!

First and foremost, I do not work for this company, and like you I don’t trust dealerships straight from the beginning. But after having the customer service experience from them, I can tell you without a doubt they are a Great Dealership. The whole time I was there I wasn’t pressured to buy anything.

Now on to the dealer himself, from the moment I walked in, he was attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and provided clear explanations without any pressure.

Ismael is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and offered great advice tailored to my situation. He was patient and took the extra time to ensure I felt confident with my decision. It’s rare to find a dealer who combines great customer service with such a high level of expertise.

This is The ride Chris and Mathew helped me to finance. I walked in the Dealership and told them I’m not leaving without a car. lol. They worked hard on two main thing I was concerned about my monthly payment and my insurance. My credit sucks and had some insurance issue.. I got there at 6pm started the paperwork while Chris working the best loan for my situation Mathew stayed with me with the insurance company until 11pm so I could drive off the lot with my BMW X6. Thanks Chris and Mathew.. also thanks to the guys who cleaned the car. I’m out the building.

Unbelievable I had to choose a star let’s say this These people tricked me so bad I cannot believe What they did to me was illegal I went there. The people were so nice and I thought that was genuine come to find out it was all a big giant gigantic hustle. These people told me a different price that was in the ad which is 23,000 for my BMW I get there me and the guy I was with was talking and he said it was the 23,000 end up being 27,000 but look at the kit they made me have my girl co - sign When I just bought a BMW and we got into an accident, someone hit us my credit and everything went through nice indeed at another place, but they gave me the runaround understandable different place, right but then the guy told me how much am I willing to spend and I told him 400, 500 a month he said cool. We waited there for a couple hours almost time for the place to close. I’m trying to make a long story short. He came out after talking to his manager. The guy I was speaking to, and said, am I willing to pay anything because of my credit or have my girl Co sign I told him no more than 600 so he said OK got me in the room they end up telling my girl to sign because she has the length of credit/history and in three months. Let the Banks see I am making payments on time and they are going to refinance my car. I ask my girl what she do it being what we’ve been through she said yes knowing she was already banged up from the accident that we told them about then sitting in that room, we did all the paperwork and then they told us $926 a month and we were gonna do that but the guy sitting behind a desk said in three months either fix the Credit told us what to do about it for me Or just come back and they are going to refinance it that didn’t happen 3 months later we went back And surprise, it was no they told us to come back another three months it was no Again and then no results agin Then I was told to get a certain credit score got it and then was denied again three years later I’m stuck with a $926 a month 2018 2x BMW That will cost me about Twice, and a half of what the car actually cost and the truth about all of this, they lie to me from the beginning why would they put me in a position where they were going to deny me regardless of whatever happened with my credit or giving me there word of in three months to come back And they are going to make sure that they refinance my car. I’m so hurt. I lost a lot over the situation being that I have two little girls in the $926 monthly payment and my girl has two kids I do not know what to do. I do not want to pay triple of what this car Cost is not worth it. And that’s the part of them tricking me is what I’m saying it’s not worth it. I will not refer anyone to this place. I believe all those great reviews are partially tricks because I did one and it was a set up to get that good review I hate myself for that part. I’ve given them that good with you and not knowing what was gonna happen in three months later good luck I don’t wish this on anyone.

CLIFTON was the most patience salesman and didn’t try to upsell or sell me something I didn't want AND Christian “The Closer” they were able to resolve the issue and drove home in my 2022 TESLA !!!!!!! Yesssssssss I would highly recommend both of them to get the job done!!!!!!!!!!! FKMYBD3 LOL
