The experience on the sales floor was good. My only complaint is that they said they would replace certain part on the car I purchase only to find out it wasn’t. I was too trusting and didn’t check it before leaving. Be cautious and don’t get scammed like me.

The entire team at the dealership was phenomenal! They were kind, helpful and so knowledgeable about the whole car buying and registration process. Good contact with Robert from Ramstein CarMax, bought and picked up a car from the Netherlands. There was only 1 key, Robert indicated that I could have a 2nd car key made at their expense at the dealer in the Netherlands. They paid the invoice properly, so both during the purchase and after the purchase I had good service! If I ever need a car again in the future I will definitely look here again. Robert, thanks and perhaps until sometime in the future;)

I can’t express enough how far Robert is willing to go to get you a deal and making sure you are taken care of. It’s easy to see how he ends up having repeated customers. He is a businessman who actually cares and wants to work out the best deal and situation for you that he can. Highly recommend.
