If you like buying used vehicles from shifty used car dealers, don't come here. Randy and his staff at Right choice automotive we're incredibly courteous, friendly, reliable, reasonable and understanding. They took incredible care of me during my visits searching for the right vehicle for me. They were thorough in their explanation of their knowledge of anything with the vehicle that was right or wrong. I felt very welcomed and at home while dealing with the staff. These people know how to stand behind their word and product. The mechanics and salesman seem incapable of doing a half-ass job. They care about quality and craftsmanship as well as the satisfaction of their customers. I look forward to doing business in the future with them for any and all of my future used car needs.

Best choice for anyone, especially first time buyers. I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion from Randy this past September. I have always been skeptical of major companies, I love smaller local businesses because they are simply more trustworthy. They know who their people are and how to help them. That definitely describes Right Choice. Randy cares about people, he demonstrates it both in how he engages with customers and in how he takes care of his cars. He will not sell a bad car, every car he has is clean and properly maintained. I've actually been in shock how well my car runs. I'm very pleased with it. I was actually just on the phone with him, which is why I remembered to give a review. Because that is another point: if you have questions about your car, Randy happily answers them, and if he's not around, his staff takes care of you. When I was shopping cars originally, every major car dealership, Chevrolet, Honda, etc. etc., was difficult to get a hold of. Emails, automated voice calls, all the usual nonsense before actually talking to a salesman. When I called Right Choice, Randy answered the call. Not long after, I bought a reasonably priced car. When I have called later on about further questions (twice now), Randy and his staff have continued that courtesy. I don't think I could recommend them enough.

This is Chris Salisbury from Southern Motor Company, We have known Chris Hayes and several folks at Right Choice for years, and like us they also do their best to make sure people are taken care of, before, during and after the sale. Sometime back they brought it to our attention that they could handle some of our service work! And although we are a completely separate company from them doing the same type of business, I am more than happy to make sure that their service dept thrives. They may not be the cheapest, but even as a dealer I feel they are more than fair. There does not seem to be too much they can't handle! And if they can't they will most likely point you in the direction of someone who can.

I just want to say we made the right choice when we decided to trade in our car at Right Choice Automotive, and upgrade to our 2017 Hyundai Sonata. The process was easy, top-notch service if you ask me, and Everyone was great. Everything went through smooth like silk, they did all the hard work for us, so trust that your in good hands. You wont regret shopping for your next car through them.

The people were nice and worked with me to get me into a relatively inexpensive SUV. But in the end I was sold a complete piece of unsafe trash for $6,000. They were nice and took it back for repair when the brakes went 3 days after I bought it (and took 3 weeks to repair). It needs a new catalytic converter and cost me $170 to have exhaust pipe welded back on, another $400 in electrical repairs, now the power steering pump is gone, as of today the ac doesn't work and the brakes are being a bit scary. I've had the car Five months (haven't even driven it enough for it to need an oil change). I still owe on it, it's worth $700 trade in and it's virtually unsafe to drive. Should have known when they took my pic, but I didn't make it onto the website that they knew this was a bad sale. This is why I wait to write reviews, had I written right after purchasing it would have been a glowing review.
This could totally be a one off bad sale, I went to buy here because the reviews were good. Regardless, I feel like I have been royally screwed.
Update- 7/21/2023 went to take my husband to his follow up appointment from surgery last week and the car is completely DEAD. No reason, lights weren't left on, etc.
8/14/2023 Where the response to my review? Only respond to glowing reviews? Some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. I traded the POS in. Stokes was incredibly kind and gave me $1000 for it. You know what I paid. You know what you sold me. You should be ashamed.
But hey, y'all were super nice and attentive while screwing me.
