Thank you Don, Curtis, and Toby and all that participated in our truck purchase. First off, you all were so gracious. Don was inside while we were rolling up. He was gentle and the flow from him was calming and respectful. Not at all over powering or pushy. This is the kind of salesman I would recommend to the world. This team went over and beyond the best deal finding for us. I hope they never lose such an amazing flow. These fellas named above made sure we got everything we requested all the way through and even more. For being absolutely helpful we walked out with a truck which we hoped to happen at some point in the near future which ended up happening that very night. They stayed so late for us to make sure we got the best deal where it was a win for us and for them. Toby, helped us get the most for our trade ins. Toby never stop what you are doing. You will gain more sales by doing what you do. Curtis, you gave us all of the protections we needed for our truck and without emptying our pockets. Was not my first choice, but while going through the Auto Navigator app, this location showed as a Dealer Partner. So as I drove by heading to some place else, I turned around and decided to stop here. I parked, looked around a small bit, was pleased that nobody immediately started to “sale” me a car. Went inside and met with Don Moody. I had a specific budget that come hell or high water, was going to follow. Don started looking right away at what they had in stock that would meet my specifications of vehicle needs and budget. We looked at and drove around more than a few vehicles. I liked them all, choosing which one was dependent on the budget. Don and his team was able to do that. Very happy with my new vehicle. Before hands shook and papers signed I noticed some small scratches, Don said not a problem we will address those. They did but I had to return a second time to do such.The first return visit was to assist with OnStar set up and a walkthrough of some of the special features the car offers. During the extra warranty discussion with Curtis, who was very nice and detailed. He had mentioned there was a coating that went on the vehicle when I signed up. Scheduling that, I had to return a third time. Over all 4 stars for the entire experience. Will do business with them again.

We Bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Stokes Chevrolet! Don our salesman was attentive to every detail and our help needs. When we first arrived he walked out and greeted us and humorously predicting the future by saying “I feel like you’re here to buy a Silverado” he couldn’t have had a closer guess. We had already shopped around by this point and Stokes beat other dealerships and got us the best deal and not just on price but also on options, we left with more truck for less and it all went so smoothly. We kept Don, Curtis, and Toby at the dealership wrapping up the deal very late that night and not once did the service we received suffer from being tired. Thank-you Stokes for treating us as one would treat their family! We will send as many interested people to you as possible!
