I had a good experience at this car dealership. Although, it did take a very long time to get all my paperwork signed and leave in my new car. My appointment was at 3:45pm( which I actually showed up at 3:15pm) and I didn’t leave the lot until close to the time they were expecting to close. However, Rachel was very nice and I love my car so if you are looking for a new car I do recommend them. Just don’t go there late on the weekend lol

I had an amazing experience at JT's autoland! I was greeted by Phil, who is a salesman. Told him I was looking for a suburban, he showed me what they had in stock, we test drove it, Quincy and Jersey worked with him and gave me a payment that our family could afford without a problem. Then Russell explained everything to us regarding financing it. He was extremely helpful as well!
The whole process was very easy, not stressful at all! This is how car buying should be! By lunch time, I was out the door in my beautiful new suburban, and I couldn't be happier! I recommend this location and JT's employees at this location! Great assortment of vehicles, used and new, great experience, great sales people, they know their vehicles, they explain everything and go out of their way to help you!
We will be back to purchase a second vehicle for my husband very soon! Thank you Phil, Jersey, Quincy, and Russell for making our car buying experience a wonderful one! ?

Mr. Tony was very helpful and honest with me throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase I really didn’t want and he was very patient with me while I was making my decision. Probably one of the worst dealerships I’ve been to. Called about a black Toyota Tundra stock #J1988B to verify they had it in stock. The lady (Amanda) I talk to on the phone was very helpful and assured me the vehicle was still on the lot. I showed up about 45 minutes later (about 4:45 PM on 10/12/24) and saw the truck as I was parking. When approaching the truck I saw that us was filthy one the exterior, dirt, finger sprints, bug guts, trash in the bed, etc. I was thinking no big deal it must have been on the lot for a while. I peaked through the windows and saw that the interior of the truck was completely full of trash and personal belongs, bad enough that you couldn’t see the seats almost as if someone was living out of it. So I decided to go inside to see if they would even show me the truck in that condition. When I walked in I was not greeted by one single person, both sales mangers wouldn’t even lift their eyes from the computer to acknowledge me. So I stood there waiting for someone to come available for me to talk to. While I was standing there I looked around and saw how dirty the sales floor was, finger prints all over every glass surface, trash on the tables, etc. After 15-20 minutes no one ever acknowledged that I was there, so I ended up leaving. I have never been to a dealership where someone didn’t great you within a couple of minutes. I should have known better after seeing the condition they keep their vehicles in. Not sure if a “manager” or someone was using the truck as a daily at the time but it was filthy. They unfortunately will never have my business.
