Ace and Brent went above and beyond to get me the correct part. I was replacing a belt in the parking lot and when I needed a different belt than the one I asked for. Brent drove to another store and picked up the one I needed since my car was still taken apart. They even let me clean up all the grease on my hands while I waited. I usually go to autozone just because that's where I've always gone. I just moved to the area for the military and they earned my business for every auto need for as long as I am here.

This store has false advertisement. Their website has an entire section on how they offer free headlight installation. However, after I bought my headlight bulb from this store, the cashier said they only sell parts, and that they are not supposed to install them. When I told the cashier I was under the impression that they did, he said they do not, but that he could do me the favor. I said I’d sort out my headlight problem myself and left. Also, it’s hard to explain, but the cashier was kind of rude. Not going there again.

A friend of mine and I had to pick up a part. A woman employee by name of Kelly, (I think) was very rude in how she talked in front of customers. She really needs to be evaluated by her supervisor and go back through customer service training. My friend said they were not going back to that store again...I definitely won't either! Very unprofessional.

Great prices great selection on parts normally they can get stuff for you in a timely manner. If you're gonna come in and person I recommend only dealing with the store manager or Jody. They are the only ones that really work in there. I'm not gonna name names but, one of the other employees goes a 100 miles an hour and doesn't really listen to customers and their needs then, when you question him he becomes very confrontational and aggressive. The other person just kind of stands around and watches everybody work.
