Just wanted to share my experience at Ed Morse Sawgrass with the service dept. I purchased the black grill and emblems from GMC and had them delivered to EM Sawgrass to have it installed. Once i was notified that it arrived, I called to set up my appointment for the install. I worked with Jose and let him know that I would need a ride to work while they work on the vehicle. Once I dropped off the car, my ride that Jose set up to take me to work was already waiting for me. I asked him to have the ride pick me up by 2pm and sure enough my ride was there.
Once I arrived at the dealer, he notified me that there was a recall and that they were taking care of it while it was in there which I appreciated. Once it was completed, he asked if i wanted it ran through the wash which I completely appreciate because I said no as I don't want swirls on my car.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Open communication, transportation was taken care of, and excellent customer service. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car 🙂

For service I recommend. I don't recommend Canyon 2023 elevation. It has a serious problem in the cluster, it is deconfigured and does not allow to see the controls and information, it is very dangerous. They told me it has no arrangement, they can only update it, I've gone 2 times and I'll go a third time, it doesn't work....

I bought a GMC Canyon in March 2024, and after 15 days the cluster display began to fail, I could not see any information such as gas consumption or something as simple as speed, I requested a first service appointment and they gave it to me for 45 days later, I could not move my vehicle after those days, unfortunately there was no fix, I have taken it 4 more times in these 6 months and what they did in the last fix was remove the last software update, removing valuable information from the Cluster. I do not recommend buying there, GMC has left me disappointed, they have not responded for additional transportation expenses and the damage of having a vehicle parked with only 3,000 miles. I wrote to the manager Mr. Bob Viccica and what he did was ignore my email

Purchased my car from this location in February. The whole experience was wonderful James help me purchase my vehicle. He was extremely good with communication as well as making sure I got the model and color that I wanted since it was a brand new car and the first year of that model. he was extremely proficient in tracking the vehicle coming to the dealership and was able to get me in and out within a few hours, which was absolutely wonderful. Also, Matthew in the service dept has been handling all of my maintenance as well as repairs/replacements. A few things that I had to get done under the warranty Matthew as well has been extremely great with communication letting me know when my parts are coming in, extremely fast with getting my ride home or my loaner car if needed. The overall experience has been very wonderful with those two gentlemen and I will continue to go with Matthew , my as my service advisor and for the future James to purchase another vehicle.

This dealership single-handedly restored my faith in car dealerships. I live in the Tampa area and I was looking for a used Escalade throughout the state of Florida that was within my budget. I contacted a dealership down in Naples and after sending me photoshopped (unbeknownst to me) pics of a certain vehicle, my wife and I agreed to make the drive down to purchase the vehicle. We left there extremely angry and dissapointed after they brought the car out with the rear bumper half falling off, a shattered infotainment screen, an extremely loud whistling sound eminating from the engine, and one of the rear captain seats was stuck in the down position. None of these issues were communicated to me, and the pictures that they displayed on their website were definitely not of the vehicle we were interested in. We continued looking around and were getting similiar results and we were ready to throw in the towel until we came across Ed Morse. After letting them know of our past experience, they went out of their way to ensure that we not only got genuine pictures, but videos of the vehicle as well and stayed in constant communication with us. They agreed to ship it to our house and even picked up our trade-in vehicle. The vehicle looked even better than the pictures and we were extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism we received from everyone there. A special thank you to Fares Nafez. He truly knows what the definition of customer service is and went above and beyond in helping us out. That guy rocks! I highly recommend them for their variety of quality vehicles at great prices and unmatched customer service.
