Everything was great. They got their car repaired in a timely manner. It looks wonderful. Lori was extremely helpful in service. The only small issue was we had both of our headlights replaced from an accident and some of the bulbs were missing when we received it back but everything else was great.

If I could give more stars I would.I stopped at Hayes used car department Wednesday Sept.11 2024. I found a Jeep I fell in love with. Villa Garcia came out right away. He answered all my questions we went on a quick test drive and I wanted it. The paperwork was super easy.Johnathan Varner and Tyler Boucher addressed all my concerns. I got a great price for my trade in better than I was offered anywhere else. Ruben Jimenez took care of the financial part. He got me a great payment with a good finance company. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the people I will definitely be back

My wife and have had alot of bad experiences with dealerships. But our sales man Benni was absolutely awesome. He answered all of our questions. And the sales manager came out and got straight to business and answered all of our questions and when we found the car we absolutely loved me and my wife was shocked with what our monthly payment was going to be so I would highly recommend them to anyone I have even told alot of people at work about Hayes dodge Chrysler and jeep if they are looking for a new or used vehicle

Service Department - zero stars

Within the last couple weeks I had noticed the engine light came on in my vehicle after a day or two I called to make a appointment for service on my 2019 jeep cherokee the engine light was for a Evap leak originally how ever after having I spoke to the serviceman and he said that my warranty would cover all but $147 of my service considering it was $900 I was also told that they were out of loaner vehicles I was later told they use enterprise to rent out vehicles when I past enterprise the lot was full of cars. Which resulted in my getting a rental with Hertz spending $300 I didn’t need to spend if they were honest about their rentals. I digress though. The end of service finally comes around after about a week they give me my vehicle back and I go on my way when I left I noticed my gas pedal felt weird as if the car was taking more effort to go forward I stopped home and went on a couple errands after returning from Buford back to flowery branch I started driving home noticing smoke coming from the rear of my vehicle I thought it was someone burning leaves so I kept going arriving home to was the car I see the smoke again except this time MY CAR IS ON FIRE! I ended up calling the fire department and they said they couldn’t figure out what happened after further work with my insurance I told them that the serviceman said they never went into my hood but after the insurance investigation the adjuster noticed screws were replaced in my engine bay and some clips were snapped and not replaced indicating they had long story short don’t take your car to the service department here

Went in for oil change and replacement of stop/start battery. When service was completed I started to leave and saw that the backup camera no longer worked. Service advisor looked and tried to fix through touch screen. That didn't work so he took car back to the service area. Came back saying technician thinks problem could be because of low voltage in main battery and I should replace it and if it still doesn't work come back. After leaving I noticed the air conditioner was no longer working. (Both the camera and A/C worked when I went in for service.) Called to let them know a/c was not working. They said something might need to be reset. Bring it back when you can. Got home and opened hood and found that the negative battery cable was not connected!! (See picture). Connected cable, started car and lo and behold everything worked just fine. I think it shows pretty poor service department. Still not sure how the car started and ran with cable not connected.
