I've bought several cars here and God willing I will buy more. I love the fact they stand by their products and do a thorough safety inspection . Erin and Chris the owners don't get any better.

Overall experience was pretty good Rocky was such an amazing guy, quick to respond after I contacted, was very patient with the long schedule that I had. Although there was a couple of things that I had issue with, when I contacted asking how the car be looking they keep reassuring me that there is no ding no dent and in spotless condition, but when I get to inspect further there are minor paint scratches a small ding here and there and the biggest part is the bottom fenders were missing, of course nothing is like the picture until you give it a good inspection. Customer service was pretty good I would say, I felt disrespected in some ways because I’m a female buyer of course they made eye contact with the person who tag along with me while I’m the one buying. but yes Rocky, great guys he went an extra milestone to get me to a reasonable price for the both of us to agree on he even offer me for a second test drive and stayed 30 min pass closing time to make my dream a reality happen!

Had a great experience overall with Maxx. As a WI resident I worked with Mike Z. And they communicated everything and made the process clear. I had trouble with transport but the team helped me figure out a solution to get the car back home. Love my car and couldn't be happier with it!

Maxx is the ONLY dealership we will buy a vehicle from. We bought our SUV here 2 years ago and came back to buy another car. Absolutely amazing service and they really do treat everyone like family, Aiden was the gentleman helping us and we will definitely come to him anytime we buy a vehicle he was just all around amazing, the way he spoke, his friendliness, he never once pushed us into anything.
