We do not routinely shop for my cars off of used car lots but we had a great experience at 9999 auto. Our sales person was kind and responsive. The finance person was also thorough and easy to work with. We went to look at a specific car and ended up buying a completely different car. We did find a small issue after we left and the dealer worked with us, easily, to address the issue at no cost.

Tre was super helpful. We picked up a manual Jetta for my daughter as her first vehicle. Negotiations were (mostly) painless & in the end we reached a deal that everybody was happy with. Comfortable space for waiting while they pulled the paperwork together.

Finally, i can say the mission is complete!! Although, i have to be honest.. if things didnt work out, this review would have been an ugly one... But luck was on my side this time.. out of no where, here came the ? GURU aka JACOB and his partner in crime BIG MIKE. together, they made the magic happen and ended up with a very happy customer!! Before them, there was 6 other lots that all convinced me to go in and discuss my options under false pretenses.... Those car lots only care about the money portion of it which is why i walked away.

The ? GURU aka JACOB and BIG MIKE, 9999 AUTO.... Value their customers because they're willing to work with you on a realistic level... What you can afford realistically and whether or not it would suit your every day needs.

If anyones having issues with getting a car due to low credit scores or whatever it maybe, ditch those people and head over to 9999 AUTO because that's where the the real magic happens!!

Thank you for making me see that good people still exist!!!

I am leaving this review because they had great deals, we test drove a 2017 Altima with 25K miles listed at a great price. We got there, he was very willing to work with us on the price and although we did not purchase the car, I would highly recommend them just based off fair negotiations and friendliness. Don’t have the name of the salesperson helping us today, but he had red hair and a beard

Recently went and attempted to get a car from this establishment. We looked at a few cars. They both had things wrong with them including being involved in accidents. We were told to look at if from the point of view of them being a stepping stone, we would be able to get a car cheaper and then once we have worked on our credit update it to a better car in a year. That all of the cars on the lot were not completely fixed just enough thay they would last you a year. We should of left then bit oh no. We chose a car. Took it on a test drive noticed a few things. Even asked for the list of what was fixxed. They brought up a photo copy of the receipt for the repairs. I know I know second red flag. So we settle on this car. Go to check on insurance: don't worry said car was reported stolen.. a month after it was placed on the lot.. oh yes so we're 3 red flags in and we still get this car.. day we get it home we get pulled over.. why you may ask cause the back break light was out... so this car that we and many others were test driving had no breaklight.. ok easy fix we do it. Then we went drive on the hwy it would reach high rims while only increasing by 10-15. The steering was also tightdue to a belt which was due to a belt pully. They stated this didn't impeed on that one year promise. Yes we ended up returning the car due to financial obligations, though we were making the call to return it anyways. The main staff as you entered both stated they were with in their 30 days of start time and were seated next to eachother and asked for ssn numbers out loud and expected you to verbally tell them. Along with other confidential information. Only person who didn't swondal use was their fiance officer.
