He was very helpful and truly a kind-hearted salesman, which my family and I really appreciated. Overall, I’d rate Del Toro a 10/10 and will recommend them to anyone interested in buying one of their cars!

My Mom bought a Ford Explorer in July for $13k. The day after she bought the car the traction light came on and the brakes would lock. We’ve taken the car to the dealer many times since July for this issue and here we are in December. They want to charge her $3300 for the brakes that was not a listed issue when bought. If she knew that she wouldn’t have bought the car that is a safety hazard on wheels. No option to look at other cars they just want her to be stuck with this car. “We’re just a family owned business” Well you shouldn’t be a business if you’re going to rip off people there’s no excuse for that. Really nice to know this company has a history of bait and switch on yelp. Trust the yelp reviews. Don’t trust Art, Ron or really anyone they just care about making a dollar. This company likes to sell safety hazards and charge you for it when you thought you’re buying a working car that will safely get you around. This company is a joke.

This place I highly recommend checking out! Great deals, amazing people and they help people with bad to no credit. I’ve gotten 3 vehicles from this place, two for myself and one for my wife. All of which has ran amazing, no major issues. I had a single issue with one of the vehicles which was my first one bought (the 04 Mustang) it had a bad alternator not even two weeks after buying it, it didn’t have a warranty but these people went above and beyond and repaired it for dirt cheap/no cost. Aside from that every vehicle has ran great, no motor or transmission issues. No lemons you could say. They seen how bad I wanted the couple vehicles I got and did everything they could to get me approved for them. 10/10 local dealership. Told myself no more car loans but if I was to ever get another, it would be with this place again and again and again! Awesome people!
