I honestly cannot believe how incredible Eliseo was when I walked onto the lot. I was hopeless and did not think I could ever qualify. But he was encouraging and understanding. We went through the steps and before you know it I was driving home in my very own car. Did not take long it was easy and quick and so exciting!!! Please give them consideration they WILL help you. Ask for Eliseo =)

New buyer here. First time buyer. Thought process would go smoothly and professionally and was the complete opposite. Absolutely not professional communication wise. Had the vehicular for a little over 2 weeks then got a call that something financial didn’t go through. Bushing law stating in need of contact 4 days after signing paperwork and clearly was well beyond that, still had the car taken from me. Not only are they very unprofessional but very rude. Financial assistance person was completely out of line and had no respect in exact words said “it’s not your car, it’s our car, the dealerships car, we can take it whenever we want” first off not professional at all second off as a first time buyer and young lady very disrespectful. This company does not know what they have going on and if anything I believe if buying a vehicular from them to make sure all boxes are checked or else will have the car taken. Very unprofessional in terms that even employees are saying “my manager was just guessing”. Buying a car shouldn’t be a guessing game, this is a serious thing that people rely on and when having a car and having it taken is inconvenient and stressful. Again very unprofessional!!!! And some are very disrespectful!
