I went looking for a specific car and was not let down. Don’t let the small lot push you from coming in and saying hello. They were able to get the car out of the lot for me to test drive within 5 minutes. Everyone is super friendly. AB was on top of it answering all of my question. Highly recommend using AB to guide you through your new car purchase. He made the process effortless. We got a great deal. I was expecting a long list of charges added to the final price. But it wasn’t the case. When I buy another car AB will be my first call. They washed and shined the truck for me while I was signing the papers.

We bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue from AB and team. Because we had limited time to find a good used car, we quickly stopped by a few of the dealerships on Colfax. Michael Auto Sales had the cleanest best value vehicles by far. A great selection whether you are looking for a sedan or an SUV, very impressive. Our sales person was AB, he was very professional, friendly and fast! The BEST aspect of this company was how they supported us after the sale when a check engine light came on after only a few days..they resolved the issue with no push back. If we ever need to buy another vehicle in Denver, we will absolutely be stopping at Michael Auto Sales first!!! Thanks AB and the Mechanical team- you are a bunch of good apples!

Brook was amazing! He helped us purchase the exact vehicle within the mileage & the price we wanted. Easy- going in nature and a low pressure buying experience. Made sure all my questions were answered, taking all the time I needed. Helped me trade in my current vehicle. When signing documents, he made sure I understood what I was signing and took his time with me. He extended the car warranty without hesitation. Overall, a very positive car buying experience. We will be return customers in the future.

I regret that I have to leave this review because my experience was mostly positive until a mistake by the dealership that cost me hundreds of dollars. I purchased a used car with AB’s help and I love the car and have had no problems with it. The problem came when I went to register my car and the DMV informed me that the dealership had collected around $700 in taxes which they had no right to collect and that I would have to pay those taxes again at the DMV. The DMV advised me that the dealership should return that money. I contacted AB several times and never received a response. Even if I wasn’t going to get my money back I would have at least appreciated a response. Michael Auto Sales effectively stole just under $700 from me.

I bought a car from them 3 months ago. I like it so far. Unfortunately there was a minor problem with it about a month into me driving it, which Brooks and Yonas helped me fix (no charge). Excellent service overall and would recommend buying from this auto sales place!

I was considering buying from other auto places that had much cheaper cars in the same condition but ultimately chose Michael Auto Sales for the excellent customer service, personal help, and honesty. Definitely stop by and take a look around, wonderful business owners!

Update: 3 years later and my Toyota is still kicking strong!
