Very satisfied customer here from an affordable luxurious vehicle to a smooth transaction. The guys are very helpful and responsive through text, email and FB Messenger. Will stay flexible to work with you specially if you're military, they know how you don't know what your schedule would look like..

The owner himself, Fred, took me to his shop so I can actually witness what they're looking for when trading in a vehicle. He personally took me to the German custom to assist and able to go in/ out.. no hours of waiting and hassle free.. provided carfax without me asking to show the vehicle im interested in is clean unlike some dealers in the area that wouldn't even bring that up or charge you extra for a carfax copy. Really great people and easy to do business with.

2 things they didn't need to but they did to help me out..

1. Provided me a vehicle (owner's POV) so I can go to registration office to pick up the temp tags..

2. Gave me a running board that cost €1000 for free..

The first Car dealership Vet bros i didn't feel hassled.. been to a lot of those.. as we all know, in every car dealership around military post there's always a retired First Sergeant "trying to help you out"..

Oil change, Windshield service, even Battery from key fob little detail, they really spend their hard time to take care of everything for free. We sold our KIA Sorento to American Auto Force and made really good experience with Fred and his Team.
My husband and I wanted to sell our KIA Sorento (bc we wanted to get a smaller car). We tryed first at the lemon lot on base. After a couple days we found a flyer on our car with the contact information from American Auto Force. We call American Auto Force and they told us we can come by, to show our car, at anytime (very flexible). My husband told me to drive to all car dealers and ask how much they would give us. Some car dealers looked shortly at our car and told us a very low price. Some car dealers they did not even look at the car and told us a price. I came to American Auto Force and was talking to Fred. He remembered directly the phone call with my husband and wich car we wanna sell. He ask me some basic questions, like from wich year is the car, ect. But he also asked a lot of detail questions. How many owners had the car already? Did the car got in an accident? And he proof all these things. He has an computer program where he can proof if the car really never got in an accident. He also asked about the warrenty. He made a whole Background check with our car.

After all, he drove with me to a Master mecanic near by to have him check the car. The Master Mecanic says, that our car is in a really good condition.
Fred said, he is now really interessded to buy our car and he made us a good offer. We accepted the offer and got very quickly our money.

We made really good experience with Fred from American Auto Force. We know Fred is really carefully and do not buy every car. You can be sure that Fred and his Team making sure, he has good cars in his car store.

I would recommend American Auto Force to all my friends and families, and I also would sell a car or buy a car from american auto force whenever I need to.
