Went there on Saturday. They were really busy, but we still got helped right away by Edi we were literally in and out in a couple hours. With great customer service. There was a couple things wrong with the car, but they took it back right away and fixed it.
I couldn't give a better review. We will definitely be back!!

I want to give a Big shout out to Jared Matthews who helped me get into a 2015 Hyundai Genesis with 68,000 miles!! I absolutely love my car!! He made the experience so wonderful! Bought me coffee and a delicious burrito for Lunch and spent all day working with me and the insurance company!! To get me full coverage insurance and be able to leave the lot with my New car! I needed a car to get to work by Friday and I was in my new car by Thursday night at 6pm!! Literally spent all day with me!! Such wonderful customer Service and just made the whole Experience Great!! I couldn’t be more happy!! Thank you Jared for making it happen!!

Went to Apex to trade in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock with custom Fox 6” lift kit with Fox gas shocks $6,000, custom rims and tires ? $6,000
And a 20,000lb warn wench 5,000 with remote and a OEM cobra 40 channel Chrystler CB , $2,200
The Rubicon Jeep is ALL WHITE with white hard top and flawless with 82,000miles i paid $39,000 a year ago for it with 76k miles on it .
This Apex offer was 17k for the most saught after color and style of jeep .with all the BEST upgrades money can buy
I could not believe this .. insulting my intelligence, i wanted 30k would have went to 25k but they tried to ripp my family off , doing this deal ,
I say be careful and mindful of these shysters
They are not for you , they are out to hustle you and take advantage of you and your family
I recommend stay away dont make money selling the car they make money on ripping you off when they take your car in as a trade in

upgrades are selling for 26-30k you just tried to rip us off . It’s inexcusable , , yes it was great until you tried to scam us , if there are extras on a vehicle it makes price go up , PERIOD,
Just like if the escalade was supercharged and had custom upgraded items . Thats is why a vehicle’s price is elevated, cant blow smoke ?
