Tolles Hotel,sehr zu empfehlen!!

James was great! He helped us unload our car and take our luggage to the room! He’s very friendly and makes sure to take good care of us! I stay here for weeks at a time for lab from south college and he’s always been very pleasant as well as just the hotel in general.

I stay in this hotel often and the lounge has a nice breakfast, the front desk is friendly and the rooms are newer. The only issue is although they ask whether I want the points or an item. I alway ask for the points, they never give me the bonus points for being Lifetime Titanium member! I have brought this to their attention but it just continues which suggest its on purpose.

Taking the time to write a review is not something I do often, but the front desk staff here is top tier. Kim and K’Shana welcomed me and helped me when I needed the most help! The hotel is lovely but the staff! The manager Ashley was amazing and so kind and compassionate. Even Danny and the shuttle driver James. I couldn’t be more thankful for my experience, thank you everyone!

Very nice. Complimentary breakfast is a full course meal of your choice. Excellent food, very friendly staff. Welcome is even on your t.v. with your name. Beautiful well maintained rooms.

No microwave in room and fridge in cabinet on floor!
Nicely designed but poor maintenance.
I give 3 stars because of cleanliness. Lady who checked me in was not very friendly. Not rude but seemed to not want to be there.

I spent 2 weeks staying in this Marriott. It was an overall very pleasant experience. The room was great. Very comfortable and quiet.
I ate breakfast every morning at the hotel restaurant. The host/server Monica was the best. She made every meal very special. She was very attentive and friendly. She deserves a raise!
I ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times. I have mixed reviews for the dinner staff. They really need some leadership improvement during busy times.
The hotel gym was very nice. Unfortunately some of the equipment was inoperative. 3 out of 5 of the treadmills were not working. All 3 of the elliptical machines were very shaky and clunky during operation. The peloton bikes require a membership to use. The rest of the equipment is all great.
Parking on both Tuesdays is a major issue. Please don’t allow non-guest to use the parking lot. Many guest had to park across the street which is not a good or safe.
I would recommend this place for sure.

Helen in the restaurant as well as all the staff is amazing. This is like my home. I have been here many times and always feel welcome like family. The food is delicious and the service is top notch even when compared to more expensive properties. My Atlanta home for sure.
