Bought a block for my Toyota Tacoma, once I got it I thought it was going to be just a short block but it was almost fully rebuilt and even let me examine and do any testing I wanted before buying. I then rebuilt it again and it runs great! Jamey gave me a great price for the motor. Brad met us there and helped load the engine into our vehicle. Much appreciated, great service!

Their customer service was amazing. I had a concern that some people might have thought it wasn’t a big deal and not try to address it, but it was a big deal to me. Don’t look anywhere else auto star has got you covered. We were out enjoying the day and we broke on a trail. Jamey offered to go take his truck back to the staging area and bring his truck and trailer back up to us and get us off the trail. Jamey loaded us up and took us back to the staging area and waited until our ride came to get us. Jamey was amazing and professional and offered to take the jeep to his shop and take us home. We turned him down but we so appreciate all his help. These are the nicest guys in the business and truly have you covered.

Truly talk about the nicest guys in the business. The upper truss tore off my rear axle on the busy wild extension over the weekend. they were the first people there doing everything they could to help get me back to my truck and trailer. including bringing there own personal truck and trailer to my location to ensure I made it down to day parking without causing anymore damage to my vehicle. 100% will always be my first call for off road recovery’s

I was referred to Jamey with autostar by an employee with O'Reilly, my car broke down on my way to pick up my sick child from school. I got a ride home and Jamey went out of his way to pick up my keys from me at my home, and promptly bought me my car. it was a great experience. Jamey was very kind and professional. Got a Toyota Tacoma from Auto Star as a maintenance vehicle for business. The team at Auto Star were really nice and went above and beyond with timing and even driving to the DOL to get plates the day of sale. Only reason why ⭐️ ⭐️ review is because it was never disclosed in listing nor in conversation that it was a rebuilt/salvage title. I only noticed it when the registration was sitting on the desk and my eye caught it. This was as I was literally signing the paperwork. Jamey said he did all the work himself and had the WSP verify/check the work. Given all the amazing reviews on Facebook and Google I decided to still go through with the purchase. I should had asked for the VIN myself since the VIN was no where in the listing either. So that is on me for not doing my own checking. Come to find out thereafter the vehicle was in a collision and listed as a total loss four months ago. Praying we do not run into any major issues and insurance doesn’t screw us over. So while customer service was top notch, I do feel it is honest salesmanship when all of this information is available and disclosed up front which in this case it was not. It should never be the customer just happening to see it while signing paperwork. That seems pretty shady.
