I’m a twenty-something female that travels a ton solo and finding a trustworthy mechanic while on the road is not always easy - I would recommend Autograff 150% of the time

Had my brought my car in to a major chain shop for routine maintenance, but it turned in to a situation where I kept having to go back for one small thing after the other, then received an incredibly high quote for a ton of work. I checked some local reddit threads and ended up scheduling an appointment with Autograff for a second opinion and am SO glad I did. They identified the main problem quickly and quoted me a quarter of what the big chain did, got the work completed that same day, and talked me through everything that was going on in respectful and easy to understand ways. My car has not felt this good to drive in months.

The customer service was amazing. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the cozy lobby, Lindsey (lady at the front desk) was incredibly sweet and checked in on anyone waiting regularly. Milton knew everyone that came in by their vehicle, replaced my oil filter with no charge after I explained what went on with the big chain and only encouraged me to fix what was necessary for my situation, and I witnessed him encourage a staff remember to go home and rest rather than stay their full shift after mentioning being in some pain. I’ve literally never experienced that level of comfort at a mechanic

Fantastic local auto repair shop. Have come here for years. They have loyal clientele that keeps coming back so when you call to schedule, expect to have to schedule a week out or more. But the service is worth the wait. They’re honest/high integrity and their pricing is totally fair. I called around town, even into areas where I thought shop prices might be lower and Autograff was entirely competitive. My only worry in singing their praises is it’s just going to make the wait longer next time I come. 🙂

autograff was recommended to me by a few people, and after reading the reviews I was sold. I had a concern about some noise my truck was making. after the diagnosis they found nothing out of place and let me know it is likely because my brakes are still so new they are a little noisy. they could have easily made something up and charged me. after speaking with the owner and thanking them, he said "there is too much honest work to be done to make up problems". will definitely be a life long customer. thanks guys!

Dependable. I’ve taken all 6 cars that my family owns here. They do good work. They tell you what is wrong ( what needs fixed now and what can hold off and for how long), there estimated costs have always been spot on, they do the work in the timeframe they give, the work is done right or it’s corrected immediately. I will stick with Autograff for my auto mechanical needs

This place is excellent with scheduling customer service and the actual work on your car. The front receptionist’s are amazingly friendly. The work performed at the car was great the car was clean and ready for me to pick up. Probably one of the best shops in the area and by far cheaper than almost every other shop.
