My family and I had a wonderful experience! When we first test drove the car we heard a noise, but as soon as we brought it to Hamid’s attention, the part was ordered and it was fixed! Bought a truck and the price seemed too good to be true. Not crazy but a few thousand under valued. I did all the due diligence I know to make sure it ran good,etc. Not 1,000 miles later and the entire engine needs replaced for $15k. No way they didn’t know about the issue. Beware that even if they didn’t know, the store doesn’t review any quality issues beforehand. Steer clear.

I drove all the way from Idaho to purchase a vehicle from automotive world. The car wouldn't start upon arrival, so they jump-started me. Everything drove fine. Seemed fine until after I paid and went to leave. The car would not start again. There was a corroded battery terminal which they cleaned and then replace the battery for me. I drove the vehicle back to Idaho. Upon my arrival, not only would the car not start, but the bumper was falling off. The repairs that had been done were subpar, and the safety inspection that they said they had done apparently, wasn't very thorough. Otherwise, the corrosion on the battery terminal wouldn't have been there. needless to say, automotive world has refused to pay for the work that I have had done on the vehicle to get it up to running standards. They advertise one thing and send out the door something completely different. This vehicle was very unsafe for me to drive back to idaho in this condition and they knew it
