The only good thing about BJ tire center is the cost of new tires. That's it. They have very few employees working and they take forever. I had paid in advance so had no choice but to reschedule the appointment 3 times. Sometimes, they didn't have employees or were overbooked so didn't have enough times. They sell tires by offering free fixing of tires but when you come here to fix a flat, they say, oh you don't have an appointment so you have to wait for long. Fixing a flat, just simple plugging but ... no! Who makes an appointment for a flat tire 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh, I'm going to have a flat next week, can you reserve a spot for me? Ridiculous! They dealt with all their appointments and made me wait over two hours, because it's a free fix. Don't ever go there, they make you feel terrible and cheap for coming to fix a flat for free. They are rude, yelling and condescending. Same old story, we don't have enough employees 😑 But who gives you the right to yell at customers? Just because it's a woman, they feel they can yell? Never ever going there again.

Fast and efficient service. Nigel and Alex, the two gentlemen I dealt with at the service center, were very courteous. My first visit here was about two years ago when I had purchased and installed 4 new tires in my car.

Bjs tire warranty fulfillment sucks. I go in with a flat and they want to give me an appointment for the next day at 7pm. I couldn't make it so I called to make another appointment. They gave me an appointment for a week later- to fix a flat. Do they even understand how that makes no sense at all. Flats are supposed to be fixed on the spot, not a week later, it isn't like needing a cabin filter change. I will not be renewing my membership.

Worst tire Warranty ever. My tire was stuck with nail. The service guy told me can not be patch or plugged. I need a new tire. The tire only driven 18 months 17,000 miles. Suppose have 7 years 70.000 miles warrant on the tire. BJ only honor 3 years and 30,000 miles cost for replacement $115 The new tire is $149. I went to local tire shop they were able to patch it with $20. Bjs tire warranty is a joke. I got better Warranty at Costco with my other car. Never BJs tire.

It has been a while since I bought tires for my car. After shopping around several places, I found BJS tire prices are definitely cheaper out of the door.

BJS offered a $150 instant rebate on the new Michelin Cross Climate 2. Online checkout and reservation are straightforward and easy to use.

During the installation, a member of the BJS tire team acknowledged my appointment and told me to return an hour later. A little over an hour and fifteen minutes later. New tires have already been installed.

BJS tire team members executed well and in a timely manner. One of the best shopping experiences and with great customer service.

2/12/2023 Update: Lately, I felt some vibration cruising at higher speed. I booked an appointment and BJ'S tire team found the issue, fixed and rebalancing all four tires. Fantastic job team. It's back to normal. If you bought tires at BJ'S, they will take care all tires related problem for you.

Great experience here at BJs Westbury! Professional service all around the 2 gentleman here were professional informative and efficient. Told me it would be an hour and got me out early. I wanted a special tire so I ordered ahead on the BJs website and the tires were shipped to the store and ready for my appointment. Got a great deal and excellent service. BJ's is the best place for tires.

Great value on tire purchases for members. Difficult to get appointment for service after the sale.

Edit 12/28/20 - knocked down to three stars. I brought our truck in for tire rotation and repair of a slow leak. It still has the slow leak and they never re-programmed the TPMS after rotating the tires.
