I went here just for air in my tire and was disrespected... the sign says $2 per tire. He told me i had to pay $10. The older gentleman yelled at me not to waste his time and stop blocking his driveway. I spoke to someone nicer and was helped. I'm definitely filing a complaint with BBB and the state of NJ

I don’t know how the rates here are high. Most like from Spanish ppl. But we’ve been here multiple times. They over charge and they tell us the tires no good without even evaluating the tire first. They over charge. Thank god we knew the owner and he was there one day his ppl tried to over charge us for a used tired. Thai time they refused to plug a perfectly good tired but wanted to sell us a used tire thinking we were gonna let them keep the tire. We had them put the spare on and took our tire to another shop and they plugged with no problem and we’ve been riding on it. It’s not the first time they’ve pretty much denied doing what we wanted him to do because we were aware of the situation. We the paying customers know what it was about and that’s cool you still wanted keeping the tire. That shop is always the last resort we live right around the corner and every time we have to go there it’s an emergency, quick fix to get to a better shop if needed. It’s unfortunate the area has come to it and it’s taken over by the high prices but if we can go somewhere else and get what we want to pay for because we know we will do so.

This place is so bad with their customer service and the way they rip people off, That I went and taught myself how to change my break pad and rotors.. And if your not Spanish they will treat you differently and have you waiting longer..THEY DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY and you can read comments below and see others testimonies. Also their used tires should be illegal to sell… I brought a used tire and in 2 weeks I had to get a new one..They don’t like to give receipts and if you ask you’ll be waiting another hour.. I think someone should record and document they way they treat and service people so we can get them out of Orange.. If you go here your putting your care and Mental Heath at risk.. As you can see below my comment, there are more bad comments then good.. You have been warned!!! And below he talks as if he knows who I am.. I always ask the price because I’m not rich lol.. And who goes anywhere and doesn’t ask if the place they go to can do the job or not? It’s called making sure that your car is in the right hands.. This owner is a loose cannon and is really on here trying to defend his biases and bad business instead of fixing it.. Don’t worry with these practices he will be out of business soon and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau

Would not recommend, took my car to the shop and got it back damaged. They didn’t even put back the key on my rim they put their own lug nut…. Rediculous!

STAY AWAY from this place!!! If I could give ZERO (0) Stars I would. I’ve been here multiple times and the owner CARLOS is very arrogant and disrespectful, he thinks it’s okay to speak to people in a condescending way and that’s not right. I went there to replace one tire and valve-stem and CARLOS brought it a used tire and told me FIFTY($50) +$10. I went inside to pay and I ask if he accepts Apple Pay or debit card and he said yes that will be $70, so I reminded him that the total should be $60 and he says “TAX”, which is obviously a lie just to charge me more money! I politely reminded him again that HE agreed to $60, and instead of paying via card I handed him $60 cash and he got very angry and threw a temper tantrum like a child, very unprofessional. He told me to “get out of here don’t come back” and started to disrespect me calling me names, he kept on yelling loudly in Spanish cursing about me to his employees and the other customers, he said in English: “this is not charity place, you can’t afford it don’t come here” as if I I’m begging him to buy the from him, I only went there because it’s close and convenient but never again! This guy Carlos is a very toxic human being to deal with, he will steal your energy and your money if you let him!

The used tires ARE NO GOOD.Wen u go there make sure they give u good tires after changing two front tires my whole car shake when I went back there they told me that I need high speed balance and it's 30 more doller on top of the 95 dollars I spent for the tires..

I was taking the information off the sign to leave a review, and the man came out pointing finer in my face, saying if I leave a review, he is going to say I am lying.
This one man was arguing with me back and fourth they was very disrespectful

The absolute worst!!!! Please believe the review left by that gentleman as my story is exactly the same as his and I don’t even know him from a hole in the wall! I too went to get 2 used front tires $95 including tax. Was asked to move my car twice and waited 30 minutes to be serviced while other cars that came AFTER me were serviced 1st. While my car was lifted on both front ends the worker insisted I go in the office to pay. I said absolutely not! I will wait until my car is back on the ground. He places 2 tires on and begged for a tip! What a huge turn off! But thats not what pissed me off. On my ride home, my car could not accelerate past 40mph, it shook VIOLENTLY on the highway. I had to get off of 280 and take the streets back home. I should have kept my old tires on a went somewhere in Newark, where I never had this issue. I only came here because it was closer. Now I have to make a 2nd trip to this place tomorrow to rectify the problem they caused! There is no way they can expect a good review with service like this!
