Words can’t describe the experience I’ve had with Brewster Ford. Micheal was my salesperson and he was just AMAZING ! From the start Micheal Rose has been going above and beyond for me and keeping constant communication with me through the whole process, he told me I was able to reach him 24/7, initially I thought no way, it’s just a act but I was so wrong, I was able to talk to him about the car and my concerns late at night in his own time. I’ve had so many horror stories with Dealers and finance managers but dealing with Brewster ford was the exact opposite!! They were amazing and if I can give 10 stars I would ! Micheal feels like family after going through this process, he’s a man of his word. He will do what you tell him to do, he’s also very transparent. Also I dealt with Brian the finance Manager , he was also amazing, best finance manager I’ve ever experienced, and trust me , I’ve had plenty of cars and witnessed a lot when it comes to dealers. Had a great experience here recently. Brought my daughter's car in (had purchased it here about a year ago) for service, oil change and for some cosmetic work. Can't say enough good things about this team. The parts manager Brandon started the day by helping me out before they even opened. Rob and Michael in sales were great and attentive for me thought the day the car was there. I purchased my vehicle in a no-hassles transaction. Hazel and Rob were straightforward and responsive. I am very pleased with my truck and definitely feel as though I received a fair deal.

Before buying a vehicle, I always do a lot of research and then go in with a set price and features in mind. I am always willing to walk away from a bad deal and I'm even more willing to walk away from bad service. That was definitely not the case here.

The Brewster Ford sales team was terrific. They made everything really easy, and structured an acceptable deal and trade-in with only one round of negotiations. We came to a mutual agreement quickly and amicably.

I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was one of the easiest transactions and best experiences I've ever had. The best part was that there was no hard sell at the end for an extended warranty or any other nonsense. The deal was the deal, and it was very simple.

As the nightmare before Christmas continues; So glad I followed my gut and towed my Jeep out of Meadowlands of Carmel! Had it brought to a mechanic to find out that the track bar which is loose was not replaced. Unfortunately, the extended warranty that I purchased is tied to Brewster Ford, Meadowlands & Volz Auto. When asked to release me from the tie back, owner Ken Volz stated that he would only release the tie back if I remove my negative reviews and issue a public apology….newsflash Ken, ITS NOT FIXED!! The only one who should be issuing an apology is him! Is that really a way to run a business? Let’s be reminded, if they had competent mechanics, I wouldn’t need to go elsewhere. If they did the right thing throughout this hell, I wouldn’t have needed to write a negative review. Turning the victim into a villain because you refused to do right by your customer?! Once again, we requested that Ken Volz contact us directly. Instead, Ken Volz had Ken Kepler (Service Manager at Meadowlands of Carmel) give us a call because according to Kepler, Volz doesn’t feel that he knows enough about the mechanics of vehicles to have a conversation about this (not sure why he would need to understand mechanics to show proper decency). Odd, he seemed to think he knew enough when he came at me and said the Jeep was 100% fixed. Kepler offered for me to bring the jeep back to them and have them change out the track bar. Clearly they haven’t been paying attention! You couldn’t pay me to have anyone in their service departments touch any vehicle that I have to drive EVER again!! The “fixed it at no cost to you” statement that Volz made on my first post was a LIE. They charged against the warranty that I paid for, and installed the wrong parts with my money. The nightmare continues and I still don’t have a vehicle in safe driving condition, a useless warranty and a warranty balance short of what was stated would be returned according to the owner himself. LIES & INCOMPETENCE with my life at stake!

Long story super short….I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from Brewster Ford the middle of March and it’s been in and out of the shop 5 times since then (totaling just under 3 months in their possession being serviced…not including the additional 2 1/2 weeks they’ve had it while giving me the runaround). Back and forth between Brewster Ford and Meadowlands (same owner). Final straw was when Brewster Ford “fixed” the problem, Meadowlands gave it a full look over afterwards and they both sent me on my way….to which I lost control of the Jeep and went off the road by the bend on 311 & 164. Brought it back to Meadowlands and after this full look over, they found that Brewster Ford put in the wrong parts when they “fixed” it. Clearly a lie that they even looked at it last time it was there, but I’m trying to keep this story short. Communication only exists if you continue to make multiple attempts each day to reach them, never receiving a call back. Frustrated is a huge understatement. After the back and forth since my jeep went in on Halloween, we finally towed the jeep out of meadowlands today, December 6th. All the workers at both Brewster Ford and Meadowlands that we dealt with since this last catastrophe stated that if it was up to them, they would buy the jeep back as we requested, and one stated that he wouldn’t want his pregnant wife driving it either. Ultimately, from what the employees told us, the decision to not buy back the Jeep was made by none other than the owner himself, Kenneth Volz Unless you want to be treated like garbage, I suggest you don’t buy any vehicle from Brewster Ford, Meadowlands of Carmel or Volz Auto in Yorktown. I don’t ever want to say “I told you so” or worse, have anything happen to any one of you because of their negligence!

Michael at Brewster Ford is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. We’ve been buying Fords for 30 years and have been to all of the dealerships in and around Fairfield County. Michael is the first rep that I feel like I can trust. He came through with all of our requests and is available whenever we need him. I will never go to another Ford dealership now that we have experienced Brewster Ford. They are patient, honest, accommodating, and they will find a solution to fit your budget.
