I've been calling the I5 strip from Olympia to Marysville looking for a decent Denali. When I reached Elena, she sounded very inviting and assured me I wouldn't regret it if I came in to talk to her. When I made it in, I hung out and drank coffee for a while and felt no pressure to buy.

Elena was knowledgeable and sincere and it does not hurt that she is so fine. 😉

Appart from all of that she helped me meet an even more fair deal and finance got me a much better interest rate then 4 other banks did while I was auto loan shopping. All in all, it was an amazing experience and they definitely gained themselves a loyal customer.

Very awesome experience. Made a call to check availability before driving in. Upon arrival the car was basically parked in front. They were busy(ish) so the salesperson I spoke to on the phone was unavailable but Elena was super helpful. On a cold wind and rainy night she brought the vehicle into the garage so I could check it out in a dry and warm environment. Super cool ? ?!! The 4Runner was in great shape. I was able to see the CarFax online, which was super helpful. And once inside the rest of the Staff: Robin and Chuck were beyond helpful. I was tired and had a long day and they dealt with me and my awkwardness very well. A+ guys and gals. Elena and the whole team, including Shawn were super awesome.
