Coming to GT Auto sales was a fantastic experience. Joon I really like the truck. Truck runs perfectly along with a clean carfax that was a plus.
Even though I was expecting something I came for. But wasn't expecting to drive off the lot with a beautiful well maintained truck.

I came here last night to look at and possibly test drive their posted 2019 Rebel. This was after going to one of the BIG, well known dealerships in Olympia where I live. The dealership in Olympia wouldn't give me the time of day. They wouldn't unlock their truck or allow a test drive. Joon here at GT Auto went above and beyond! He showed me 6 different trucks at all different trim packages and went over the differences. He showed me 3 Dodge trucks and 3 Fords as I was looking for a full size truck. He listened to mine and my family's needs and concerns. I explained my finances with their team and they ran some basic numbers before even pulling a credit report so that way I had an honest idea what some payment options could look like. I gave permission to run the report and they knew what bank would give me a better rate than I was already pre-approved for. They were able to do what they said they could do and even a little better. I was able to get into the truck at the same payment as my recently totalled Tacoma and at a better interest rate than I was pre-approved for. GT Auto is a must look shop when looking for a new to you use car or truck. Go see Joon!

I had been searching for a specific vehicle for quite some time. When I found the right vehicle at GT Auto, I reached out and I was assisted by Adonis. I do not live near the dealership, so I needed to find a dealer that would work with me on doing the deal online and shipping the vehicle. Adonis was amazing, he answered all my questions promptly and sent me plenty of pictures and information about the vehicle. Once I committed to buying it (no pressure from the dealership), the process was very quick and easy. I would also add that the vehicle was the cheapest I could find in the entire country for the options it had. Once I paid for the vehicle, I received a call from the dealership stating that it started having suspension issues. I panicked and thought I was getting stuck with a car that I couldn't drive, but instead, they assured me they would cover the cost and make sure it was 100% fixed before sending it to me. Like most people, I haven't had the best luck with dealerships, and they could have easily just stuck me with the vehicle with the issues it had since I did purchase it as is, so it really means a lot that they fixed it. While it was getting repaired, I inquired if it came with a charger (EV) and they said no, but they were throwing in a brand new charger for free. I can't believe how great these guys are, and Adonis definitely went above and beyond! Thanks a lot guys, I love my new car!
