Bought a certified car from them. .i hadn't made my first payment and ad I was driving on the freeway a piece of the car flew off. This was in October. I have called several times and I keep getting the we will call you back story. I would NEVER get another car from them and I am here to let everyone else aware to be careful. I don't care how great they were at the start. What matters is when things go wrong and how they handle it.

Just got off the phone with the manager mr.Riz. when he told me he would call me on 10 minutes to check to see if they still had the part sincebit has been FOUR MONTHS. After I complained that it was not so easy since I would need to take a day off work he said my other option was to send me the part and I could install it!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE. you mean to tell me that I'm spending thousands of dollars so that I can install a part that flew off a CERTIFICATED car tjat was supposedto be checkedby them. Wow.....

Guess who never called me back...i had to try calling 3 times before speaking with Mr. Riz. They no longer have the part, so it's going to be ordered this week. We will see.

I highly recommend buying a used car from here, especially an EV!

Compared to the new Tesla we got from the West Covina Tesla dealer, my Chevy Bolt EV from Hertz was immaculate.

I filled out the contact form inquiring about a car they had in stock and Gladys Riley emailed me and was in contact with me the whole time. She warned me that there were no guarantees in holding the car because Carvana had been buying up their inventory and flipping the cars.

I ended rushing over here and spent a few hours trying to get insurance and she was super patient and made a normally stressful situation very easy and calming. I had trouble getting last minute same day insurance and they did provide me with a contact who could provide insurance, but it was extremely expensive for being basic liability. I was able to call around and finally found Mercury which allowed me to get instant coverage.

I don't hesitate to recommend Hertz car sales when it comes to buying a used car. Just make sure to know what you're getting into. There are some good deals to be had. The no haggle, transparent pricing was super simple.

Make sure you check the car your interested in bumper to bumper, they sold my 2021 Ford explorer, with multiple problems, weather beaten tires with cracks and chunks taken out , the car shakes when slowing down, the power seat adjuster doesn't work , windshield wipers worn out , no windshield wiper cleaner fluid , the inside had sand everywhere in the back. It was gross.. he wasn't to worried because they up sold him this fantastic extend warranty that covers none of these problems...
Anybody can go to a tire place and the exact same coverage with the purchase of new tires smh

Great car sales! Very helpful. Got in got out! I don't know what up with the other people's reviews . Edmund did help my mother out, he was very friendly and felt as if we were getting treated like a person and not profit. He got my mom the monthly payment she wanted. Will update later about the car.

Helpful over the phone but not in person. They sold a car I was told was still available which is fine , but a call would have been nice so I didn't have to drive all the way there.
