Worst garage ever!!! I made an appointment to do a diagnostics for my car and the appointment was today at 10:00. I called them on the way to tell that we are late for 5 minutes and the mechanic working there told me that our appointment was at 8:30. They mixed up everything… I was driving for already 40 minutes so I asked them to make a room for me because it’s their mistake and the guys answer was unbelievable… He said that as it is my first time and I’m not a regular costumer they have to give priority to the regular costumers. I explained that it’s very urgent because I need this diagnostics for warranty purposes and that’s the reason that I drive 110 km-s but he didn’t care at all.

My appointment was not at 8:30 but at 10:00 !! I explained you when I called that it is very urgent for me and I’m willing to drive 110 kms because of the urgent situation. The first appointment in Liège was later so I decided to do this. It was absolutely your secretary’s mistake and you are lying to make you look better. You have to give the same treatment to every costumer, specially to the one who is willi to drive so far but no, your garagiste was very clear when he said “You are not a regular costumer so I have to take care of the regulars first”. This review is not going anywhere. You have to learn how to treat costumers. Please don’t continue with your lies!!
