Update:

Although the customer service before and during the sale was great, the after experience was something I was not prepared for. I purchased a minivan to travel in with my children and to my dismay, it has horrible suspension issues to the point that I cannot drive it safely. I am updating my review so that others will do their due diligence before purchasing a used vehicle from here or any other dealerships. I regret not getting the suspension checked out but as a buyer, I feel like we should not have to worry about such things. Lesson learned. I reached out to the owner back in August and still have not heard back. I'm stuck with a $5000 repair and a vehicle that I cannot currently drive for what it was purchased for. I was very transparent with Ilkin and I am appalled that even knowing it was intended for me to travel with my children, he sold the mini van to me with rusted shocks, struts, calipers, and lower control arms.

I had such a great experience shopping with iDeal Auto Sales. Ilkin was very professional and helpful. Usually a salesperson will be pushy and won't take into consideration your needs or your best interest. I am happy to say that Ilkin was very helpful and did have my best interest! Not once did he pressure me to finalize the sale. It took me 3 long days to finally make a decision and he was patient through it all. These brothers were super nice and very welcoming from the start of the deal, all the way to the end. I was trying to get rid of my Hyundai because it was no longer drive-able so I asked them if they were able to do a trade in. Though, my Hyundai wasn't worth a lot anymore they still took it off my hands and were able to give me a Nissan Versa 2021 in return. I'm a full time college student and only work part time, so I was in desperate need of an affordable car and was scared they were going to try to low ball me.
I brought my parents along and they assured me that they were telling me the truth and were in fact helping me as much as they can. I am super grateful to have come across this family business and would 100% come back to them.

I have purchased my 2013 Ford Focus from iDeal Auto Sales in Kent about 4 years ago. From the beginning until now i have been very satisfied with the car since it never had any mechanical issues. Now i am ready to sell it and they are helping me by purchasing it from me since i am moving out of state.
Even though they have a small office inside a plaza they make sure every customer gets a good quality used car at a right price.

While driving at night, a dead tree fell flat across the road in a windstorm and I had no time to apply my brakes. We totaled our 1999 Ford F150. My desire was to replace it with the same kind of truck 20 years newer. I searched online and the second ad I saw was exactly the truck I wanted at a price I felt was fair. It was a 2018 Ford F150 on Carfax at iDeal Auto Sales.

I called the number and immediately started dealing directly with the owner Ilken and his brother Shawn. Ilkin was polite, well spoken, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was a one-owner car in excellent condition so my wife and I immediately took it for a test drive with Ilkin. I soon rerouted back to our house to get the checkbook.

The radio was broken and I wanted to replace it with a new CarToys model. Ilkin offered me $300 off the price of the truck, I asked for more, and he gave me what I requested. After completing the purchase and signing all the papers, I found that the horn did not work. Ilkin and Shawn scheduled a visit to our house, arrived on time, and diagnosed the situation. Ilkin scheduled a time to get my truck and take it for repair at his expense.

I could not be more pleased with my truck, the negotations, and the treatment I received. I give iDeal Auto Sales my highest recommendation.
