I want to send a special shout out to the Sales Rep Mrs Tonya, the admin team Ronya, the repair guys and Jr. These guys treated me very well and handled all of my concerns in a prompt and professional manner. I purchased a used vehicle and expected some issues. Without hesitation, the entire staff exceeded expectations by repairing each problem I had with the vehicle. Even the cosmetic issues. This is very rare in the used car business. Normally it’s exactly what the sign says “As Is No Warranty”. But these guys jumped right into action and got it done.
If you need an affordable and reliable vehicle, this is the place for you.

Vic was awesome ! We had some difficulties getting the car due to the hurricane, but Vic was on top of it and made sure I would be able to get the car. I recommend to go here as to they care about their clients !

Probably the worse experience ever. My boyfriend got a car, on the first day he had it, it started acting up and grinding from the transmission the first day. He reached out and they refused to fix it. He dispute it with his and told them he would give the car back. They took car and then think they somehow are still owed the money? How does that make any sense? And to put the cherry on top it is back on sale on their website. How is this ok? My man works hard for every cent he earns, he gives and gives and doesn't complain about it and this is what happens when he does business with this dealership? I would never refer them to anyone and if you do take that car to get looked at by a real mechanic cause God only knows what garbage they are selling out here. Mind you he has been disputing this with his bank for 3 months and they have to freaking nerve to fight it! If audacity was a real thing or person it would be this place and owner. Pictures are the car back on the website.

PS in response your comment back I don't think a vehicle you purchase the same day is suppose to tear up. Furthermore y'all have the car he didn't even have it for a month he had it for 15 days and he went up there twice on his lunch and then after he paid his taxes and it was handled unprofessionally and y'all still want to keep his money for what? It's disgusting

I got the most badass truck from Import Auto mall yesterday, I’m a little lady with big dreams and now a BIG truck which I’m absolutely obsessed with. They worked with me, answered all my questions and it felt like they were actually rooting for me, not just trying to make another sale. Tonya has been such a great help and she is super patient, not dismissive like a lot of other people who work for a dealership. Thank y'all so much I’m in love with my new truck!

I’m really curious to know how the 2012 Jeep Cherokee that I purchased in December 11, 2023 and sent it back July 2024 because it was messing up from day one how it go from $12,000 now is price for $5000 so if nothing was wrong with it, you would’ve kept the price the same buyers beware this place is not where you want to buy a car. You will end up like me. No vehicle missing work all because these people want a quick dollar. And before you say you were gonna let me trade first you said I could trade then you said I couldn’t trade then you went back and said I could trade then the next vehicle I found you said you had to hurry up and sell because it was messed up so then I didn’t see anything that I like and then a few weeks later I saw four vehicles that I was possibly interested in and you told me you weren’t gonna sit around and wait on me. It wasn’t even that long and all I went through. It shouldn’t have been a problem . I was just gonna let it go and take the lost but after seeing this, knowing that Junior knew and knows that that jeep was messed up and he could care less, I will not stop Until something is done about how they’re getting over on people.
