This visit was both a positive and negative experience. To start, I do have MS which affects my cognitive brain function. That being said there were some communication hardships on both sides. I will definitely be getting everything in writing and studying my own vehicle past history on my own, and not just trust the word of the service advisor. I came in for an oil change and was told verbally that it was $159 for my car which is a Supra. The Supra has to be serviced by a certified technician, which is why it costs more. When I got the written paperwork it was a charge of $289. I questioned this price and it was corrected, they had a communication error between service manager, technician, and service advisor on this. Next he advised I was due for a brake fluid exchange service as I was just over 30k miles. I assumed and trusted that this service needed to be done. However, after regaining access to the physical paperwork kept in my car, the service had already been done at another Toyota dealership 9 months prior at 23k miles. Once I saw this, I went back and asked the service advisor if he access to other dealerships service records on his computer. He said yes. I then showed him that he had sold me and repeated an unnecessary service. He basically told me that he didn’t see it in his computer, that he did not go back that far in the history. He also said that the other dealership should not have recommended doing the service at 23k miles. The service was already done, I was out of luck. So I lost $140 bucks on a service I didn’t need. I have now learned that I will get everything in writing before hand, and do my own research on the past history done on my Supra. No more trusting verbal communication for me. In short he worked with me on discounts and did fix the miscommunication on the oil change, but also charged me for a service I did not need. I guess it was an error on both sides. I guess I am both satisfied and dissatisfied with the service I received.

I purchased a 2006 Lexus GX470. I live in Colorado and the folks at Lone Star really made a seamless experience for me living out of state. Especially my saleswoman, Gabriela Garcia. She sent me videos and answered every tiny detail I had about the vehicle giving me a ton of confidence in my purchase. The finance team got me all of the documents I needed to sign overnight and answered all of my questions during signing. They delivered the Lexus as promised and followed up with me to ensure everything went accordingly. I’ve purchased many many vehicles in my life and I rarely write a review and I’ve NEVER purchased something site unseen so this was a new and pleasantly surprising endeavor thanks to everyone at Lone Star. Keep up the good work.

I cannot say enough good things about Lone Star! Especially our sales rep, Kevin! We were coming from Oklahoma to buy my husband his truck and Kevin helped us make it a smooth process. We were blown away by the gorgeous dealership, inventory, and every staff member. Kevin helped us get the price down to where we felt comfortable without making us feel like we were asking for too much. We were worried about the financing because of our situation but I literally filled out the application on my phone while we were driving to Texas and Kevin had it handled in minutes. We had dealt with another dealership a few days prior that tried to force us to buy a warranty to close the deal so we told Kevin beforehand we didn’t want any surprises especially since we were driving so far for this truck and he held to his word!! My husband absolutely loves his new truck and I‘m so happy we met Kevin! He even checked on us while we were driving home and again the next day!! This was by far the smoothest car purchase process I’ve ever had and worth every minute of our over 8 hour trip to get there and back!! I decided to buy a car with you because I had heard that Toyota has good quality cars, unfortunately it is the last time I buy a car with you, you should learn from HONDA. The service at the Toyota agency is very bad, they charge you for things that they are not going to give you from the beginning and they are aware of it, even so, they lie to you over and over again.

I bought the car in October 2023 and they charged me for the wheel locks and told me that they would deliver them to me in a few days later along with the plates and the front plate holder and that the second key would be delivered to me no later than a month or 90 days, that was a blatant lie. Many of the people who were in the waiting room told me that they had been waiting a long time for the same thing and that they continued to lie to everyone.

They gave me the second key and that was because I called several times, they never called me back, it was not until 10 months later that they gave me the second key and it is incomplete, it is missing the mechanical key, do you think that is okay? Do you think charging something and not giving it is okay? Would you like to receive the same customer service that they are giving, full of excuses and lies, I assure you that you would not like it. The wheel bolts were delivered to me 6 months later!!!! Simple wheel bolts!!!! WOW!!!! The monthly car payments were never late, they care more about my money than improving their service. Finally, they installed the front license plate holder 10 months later!!!! And now, I received a letter where it mentions something about a recall of the passenger door and there is no date to fix it. Based on the poor service they have given me, it will surely be in mid-2025 or 2026. I hope that someone with judgment, intelligence and who cares about their job reads this and finds a solution to such despicable service. I bought another car with HONDA 3 months ago and everything was delivered to me the same day I bought it, no excuses. That only makes me regret doing my business with you.

This was by far the very BEST vehicle purchasing experience that I’ve had. I worked with Garret & Kim and also Nate. They were extraordinary! They all went above and beyond to get me out of my 2021 Camry SE Nightshade that I loved into my dream vehicle… the new and improved LandCruiser! Everyone was very professional and friendly at Lone Star Toyota Lewisville even those who were not involved in the transaction. I did not purchase my Camry from this dealership and that experience was total opposite of this one. So trust me when I tell you that you will feel respected and valued when you make a purchase at Lone Star Toyota. Garret is a very nice man who has a tremendous amount of patience and integrity and Kim is a wonderful woman with an abundance of personality and dedication to making you care buying experience successful and enjoyable. We were not held hostage and manipulated. This team was straight forward and bent over backwards to get fair price. I could go on and on about this dealership and Garret & Kim’s great customer service and overall commitment to excellence in representing both the dealership and car sales persons but I’ll leave you with this… don’t waste your time anywhere else! If you want a great experience with one of your most important decisions… go see these guys at Lone Star Today of Lewisville!! I did! And so did my husband! We couldn’t be happier for it!

I just got my brand new Toyota Tundra 2024 and all thanks to Kevin and Jesus. Both were very nice, polite and patient with me since I’m such an indecisive person. They did their best to work with my wants and needs when it came to getting a truck. Kevin made me and my brother feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was able to ask any questions or bring up any doubts without hesitation. Definitely ask for Kevin if you’re looking for a new vehicle !
