Chris is the man !! My first attempt to reach a sales agent via chat window produced a connection with Matt Andrews in UK office. He helped me find a new vehicle for delivery in Germany while we were still stationed in US. Chris was absolutely amazing to work with! We ended up shopping around for over a year just trying to decide if and what we wanted to purchase. We went to nearly all new and many used dealerships throughout he KMC and just weren’t impressed. We actually went in to MAS several times, and every time Chris would take the time to sit with us, go over the vehicles we were looking at that day, showing us incoming options and never once pressured us to make a deal.
I finally decided to pull the trigger on my new car while my husband was in talking to Chris about his recent GTI. Chris was so friendly and wonderful and most importantly patient with my comparison of all the models, answering each stupid question and even deep diving to find exactly the color and trim I really wanted. The process was easy and I left more than confident in my choice. Chris kept regular contact and updated me on the arrival, even texting photos of her on the truck. It was a great feeling that I wasn’t just another commission but he shared in my excitement. I picking her up he had even changed the interior lights to pink.
