This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Nigel was amazing he helped me through every step of the way! He pointed me in the direction to sell my previous car, helped get me in touch with someone for a bank loan, and told me where to get amazing low costing car insurance. He truly gave me the most sincere awsome customer service I've ever had! On top of that the car was even better then I could of imagined. It was like it was brand new with the condition it was kept in. I have nothing bad to say about this place! INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Working with Nigel was literally my greatest experience of buying a car TO DATE. Amazing Experience. I bought a 2014 328i GT in immaculate condition . I worked with Nigel who was the most transparent salesperson I’ve ever worked with. They showed me the Certificate of Origin , all original paperwork , full service history and how they got the car . Nigel is not only very knowledgeable about BMWs but also about the base registration/inspection process and will walk you through all the steps to register the car . Overall I had a great experience and will be a repeat customer should I PCS back to Germany again .

Nigel was awesome, walked my husband and I through the process w/finance , customs to registration. Showed us the service history on the vehicle prior to our purchase, and was available for any questions we had.

If you are looking for a Great place to buy your car this is it. We have bought 4 cars since being here (not counting this BMW) the first two were just beaters to get us by for a bit the next two were from other dealers. So when I say this was by far the best experience all the way around I know what I’m talking about. Nigel was so helpful and we got a wonderful vehicle for a fair price, it has Low miles and is super clean. Nigel walked us through each step of purchasing the vehicle and was never pushy I also felt Nigel was very upfront and honest with us.... he even pointed out a small ink mark on the leather seat when showing me the vehicle on FaceTime. (By the way when we picked the vehicle up today the ink mark was gone.) If we buy another car while we are here it will definitely be with Military Used Car Sales.
