The service advisor I dealt with was polite and professional. However, the service department absolutely ruined my car!

It started when I got a call from the dealership offering an oil change and a routine check-up. I booked a pre-appointment and brought my car in. Despite having an appointment, the process took far too long, but I tolerated it since they provided a waiting area.

When I finally received my car, the report stated that everything was fine except for the air filters and tires, which they recommended replacing. I decided to address that during my next visit because I had already spent too much time there.

Then the nightmare began. On my drive home, warning lights and sounds started going off like crazy. It wouldn’t stop. I immediately tried to contact the service advisor at the number we had been communicating on during the service, but he completely ignored me. I called, I sent videos of the issue—no response at all.

After days of being ignored, I had no choice but to return to the service department. I told them that they ruined my car and demanded they fix it. Initially, they had the audacity to ask me to pay $160 just to check their own mistake! I refused, and they eventually agreed to look at it without charging me.

But it didn’t stop there. After waiting nearly FOUR hours, they came back to tell me I’d need to pay $3,500 to fix the problem. They outright refused to take responsibility and claimed they wouldn’t fix it.

I asked to speak to the manager, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone in a position of authority. This manager was rude, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. He kept me waiting outside his office for ages while he did nothing. When he finally emerged, he called my name and said, “Come here,” in the most disrespectful tone imaginable.

I stayed calm and went towards his office, but it was clear he didn’t care about solving the issue. His mind was made up, and he smugly told me, “We will not fix it, and whatever you want to do, go and do it.” He even gave me a nasty look when I tried to explain what had happened.

When I reminded him that they couldn’t just walk away from this without any accountability, he coldly repeated himself and shut me down.

I informed him that I’d pursue legal action. I also tried contacting the dealership’s head office, but they’ve been just as useless and haven’t gotten back to me.

This dealership completely ruined my car and then left me to deal with the damage on my own.

Jim Saber was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to make a decision.A great appreciation to his patience to introduced me to new technology on my new car ( I’m an old lady with no knowledge about car).
He was upfront and above all honest and that made me to highly recommend working with Jim.

I wanted to give a shout out to Luis Prado for providing 5 star service today. I took my honda pilot in for battery and oil change service and he was efficient, on time, and friendly. It was really busy, but Luis took the time to explain everything. He also didn't give me a hard time about coupons and honored the printout that I brought with me. Overall great experience and I will look for Luis when I go to Norm Reeves Honda!

We brought my mom’s Subaru WRX for a trade in and Daniel knew exactly what car my mom was going to like. He made sure to stay personal and listen to why she liked the Subaru, and found this beautiful Honda civic sport with a really cool pastel blue. My mom was nervous how long we were going to be there, if the trade would work out in her favor.
As women, it’s hard to wanna trust any place with cars, my mom knows a lot about cars and he wasn’t belittling or untrustworthy, very honest and easy to work with.
The customer service at the this location is way better than Subaru. That’s is a huge reason we are trading the car in.
Ask for Daniel if you are getting a car here, genuine and made sure you will leave with what you want. Thank you again Daniel!

It’s so rare to find a honest dealership filled with people that actually care about their customers. I found that place at norm reeves Honda in Irvine. Everyone I have dealt with, from my excellent service advisor Micheal , to Cameron an oil tech who worked on my car, to the incredible sales people in khash and Sebastian. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I was getting a good and honest deal. After dealing with so many shady dealer practices I am very grateful to find a dealership who takes honest care of me. I highly recommend norm reeves Honda Irvine and hope that their honest customer service gets rewarded. 5 stars!

Jacob was professional, prepared, friendly, and he provided timely service including an oil change, tire rotation and more. Jacob addressed and resolved all my questions. Vincent provided me with helpful recommendations and Steve helped me check out smoothly as well while Joy promptly grabbed my car.
