Our glass passenger window broke on our Class A RV while traveling. I called Rick's Glass in Moab and spoke to Chris. He assured me that they could do a temporary fix with Lexan. He set me up a time to come in basically the next day. I arrived and Chris did exactly as he said that he would do. The repair looks GREAT and the price was more than fair!! While waiting in the lounge with Sade everyone was very friendly. Lydia even brought Sade a bowl of water. Nice folks!!!! Great service and prices!!!!! Oh, they have been in business like 43 or so years.

Altitude Adjustment

Pulled into Rick's Glass 20 minutes before they closed with a chip in my windscreen from a rock thrown by another car out on the highway. Rather than ask me to come back the next day, they stayed to fix it, even managing to get through to my insurance. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough!

I love that they were familiar with my family They were very understanding and worked with me to get me what needed done quite quickly and efficiently!! I loved hearing stories about my dad and his adventures!! Thank you for everything!! Was nailed a couple times by a rock had a couple chips can barely notice anything!! Can't see any marks in those pictures soo!! Great work!

I went to Rick's Glass because of references and also since i am a local, I decided to change windshields on both of my vehicles as it was needed and after the installation on the 1st vehicle i saw the alignment was little off which anyone could tell looking at the VIN number window on windshield and i asked Rick why is that and he said it is what it is, he also said - you can still see the VIN number, you just have to bend down and look at it, and he asked me that is that bothering you? I am like obviously yes because the alignment is not right and what if i am on the highway and if some systems like lane keep or something stops working? Then still i was polite and asked Rick if the same thing would happen in next vehicle? He said something is gonna be off anyway and we are sorry we forgot to mention that we don't do calibration of windshields as we don't have equipment for that, so now they are telling me this when my windshield was installed and replaced from OEM, also when i was ordering i asked that i need OEM and they were like this windshield is exactly what a dealer whould get which was for my 1st vehicle and for my 2nd vehicle he convinced me to go aftermarket rather than OEM, so after when he said he dont have calibration of windshield and all, i asked what should i do now then, should I order an OEM with you? then Rick was like i would suggest that you don't have the glass changed with us in a very rude way.

I mean seriously? This is your customer service? On the day when i went to order the windshield, Rick said i will stand behind my windshields and services anyday as i am doing this business since more than 25 years, and when I showed them a problem on their windshield and services and was hoping that you would stand behind your products as you promised, you said don't do business with us.

So better to look for other glass installers in Grand Junction or Salt Lake City, and if you go with Rick, make sure you have a older vehicle for which you don't care, he might be good at other glass jobs but the automobile glass job for new vehicles is worst here and also Rick and his staff members are rude, atleast they were with me i am sorry, being a local i support local business anyday but I am extremely sorry but no more Rick's Glass and wouldn't recommend to anyone within my contacts, all the best to your 25 years of business and many more to come, Thanks.
